Invision Blue does our best to complete all projects within 5-10 business days, larger projects of course can take longer.

What if I do not like the design?
Invision Blue offers free revisions to our customers to ensure them they are satisfied with the finish product.

After my website is completed - what does Invision Blue offer?
Invision Blue fully supports any website we develop and are always available should you encounter any problems. We offer site maintenance for a low monthly fee as well so your website is always up to date.

What files do I receive once my design is completed?
Invision Blue will email you a .zip file containing all website files including the .psd file for any future changes you may want to apply yourself.

Who owns the web design once it is completed?
You will own full rights to the web design and Invision Blue never resells its custom web designs.

Does Invision Blue require a down payment?
Yes we usually have our clients pay 50% upfront if the amount remains under $1,000. If the amount exceeds $1,000 then we do 25% upfront.

How do I pay Invision Blue?
Invision Blue uses an invoice system powered by our merchant account located at 2checkout, no membership is required in order to pay us. We send an invoice to your email which allows you to pay by accepted credit cards or paypal. We accept checks as well but do not start on projects until they have been cleared by the bank.

Does Invision Blue offer refunds?
All refunds are negotiable and must be fair to both parties if work has already started. We offer 100% money back if the project as yet to start.

What kind of services does Invision Blue offer?
We offer many different services such as business or personal web designs, wordpress themes, php link directory or message board skins just to name a few. We also deal with HTML, CSS, PHP, MYSQL and Javascript when it comes to programming websites.

Does Invision Blue offer graphic design?
We sure do, if you need a new header, banner or logo or any other graphic made then we can do it for you.

What kind of site tools can Invision Blue offer to help maintain my website?
We offer many different solutions to our clients to help make it easier for them to update their website with no prior knowledge. We also of course offer free training or assistance if needed.

Are products from the Invision Blue Shop refundable?
No, unfortunately any products sold through our shop are non-refundable.

Are the Invision Blue Shop products allowed to be resold?
None of our products are to be resold without our permission.
